“We were so fortunate to have found Leslie to come to check on our sweet 18-year-old brown tabby, Zoe when we travel. I never worried about her when we were gone because I knew Leslie would be by to give her lots of attention, brushing, fresh water, fresh food, treats, and a clean box. Zoe didn't come out for many people but she loved it when Leslie came over. Leslie is very dependable and I loved when she would send us updates on Zoe while we were gone, and we would even get a picture of our sweet girl once in a while! Whenever we got home Zoe's fur was so soft like she had been at a cat spa or something, it was evident Leslie had spent time loving on our girl. Zoe had previously been known to "not be that into us" after we left her home when we traveled, but once Leslie started coming to see her - Zoe didn't mind us being gone at all! I also really appreciate how clean the "cat areas" were when we got home - Leslie left everything pristine and tidy!
Our sweet Zoe passed away a few weeks ago- but I have already told Leslie we will be calling her immediately when we decide to add another kitty to our family.

I have completed a pet first aid/CPR class to make sure your furry friend is going to be okay in emergency situations. I renewed my CPR and first aid certificate which is good through August 2022. You can find a photo of the document in the gallery.

While I lived in Waynesville, Ohio I ran a business named Copy Cat & Dog Care full-time from 2004-to 2007. I also ran Cat Care by Leslie part-time in Middletown, Ohio while I worked full-time at Kohl's from 2009- to September 2016 before I moved to Wilmington, North Carolina last year.
About Me
Professional Cat Sitter
Growing up, my sisters and brother and I had many pets.
Each of us still has pets. I actually learned the business of pet sitting from my sister in 2004, who also taught me how to give insulin shots to cats.
I bought part of a pet sitting business in 2005, and pet sat full-time until September 8th, when my ex-husband and I moved away.
My cousin left her job with the post office and took over that business, Copy Cat and Dog Care, and made it her own successful entity, which she still operates in Lebanon, Ohio.
In 2009, I worked full-time at Kohl's and started Cat Care by Leslie.
I had wonderful, loyal clients in Middletown, Ohio, and loved working both with people and working without people.
In September 2016, I moved to Wilmington North Carolina, with my now wife Michelle, to be closer to my daughter and her family (and the beach).
I look forward to meeting you and your cat!
